Kutztown Radio was founded in 1992 by Lewis Newhard and friends with the goal of offering superior Antique Radio sales and service. Today Kutztown Radio is operated by John Tyminski and Darren Hoffman from JD Auction services in NJ.

Kutztown Radio today continues to offer fully restored radios, televisions, Phonographs, restoration and repair services of Tube audio equipment, Hifi stereo, Record Players, Antique Radios, Tube TV sets.

Kutztown radio now also stocks parts such as Tubes, Phonograph cartridges, Phonograph needles, Capacitors, Resistors, Solder, 45 Record player parts, Vintage cloth covered wire & many other parts!

John Tyminski is a Experienced Electronics Technician and licensed Pennsylvania Auctioneer. John's expertise in early radio & television includes repair, restoration, appraisal, marketing and sales. John is also a member of the Delaware Valley Historic Radio Club, The New Jersey Antique Radio Club & The Pennsylvania Association of Auctioneer's.

John has more than 20 years experience in repair restoration, specializing in 1930s radios Clarion, Atwater Kent, Philco RCA, Westinghouse, Zenith, Crosley, Record Changer repair, Rca 45 players, and Vintage Television repair including Philco Predictas.
